Answer product questions before they become returns
Shoppers ask about fit, materials, compatibility and stock. On product pages, Dispatch suggests the questions people ask about that product, and answers them from your catalog and policies.
Bring your own AI key and pay your provider at cost — no per-resolution fees. Dispatch plan pricing: see dispatch.osroc.io.
Question chips Live
In the chat
On a product page, the chat's suggested questions are about that product, by name: "What's the sizing like on {product}?", "How does this compare to similar items?", "When would it arrive?" You can edit them.
On the product page
The "Ask about this product" theme block puts tappable questions on the product page. A tap opens the chat and asks, even before the full widget has loaded.
The Grow sales page counts chip taps over the last 30 days.

Questions
What can it answer about a product?
Anything in your catalog data: descriptions, variants, options, prices, availability, and metafields you expose, plus your policies. With a reviews app connected (Judge.me, Yotpo or Okendo, in beta) it can draw on reviews too.
Where do the question chips appear?
In the chat on every product page, naming the product, with your first support prompt kept as the last chip. Add the “Ask about this product” block in the Shopify theme editor to show them on the product page itself; a tap opens the chat and asks.
Can I write my own questions?
Yes, up to four for the chat, and {product} is replaced with the product's name. The theme block has its own three questions.
What if the answer isn't in my catalog?
It says so rather than guessing, and can hand the question to your team by email, Slack, Gorgias or Zendesk.
